Rubik's Cube World Championship

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if you weren't in Vegas this weekend you missed out on the Rubik's Cube Championship.

Nearly 600 competitors from 37 countries trekked to Vegas this past weekend to take part in the Rubik's Cube World Championship.

There are 17 different competitions including a over sized cube, feet only and blindfolded.

Second: Mats Valk from the Netherlands who actually made the fastest single time of 7.31 seconds.

First Place: Feliks Zemdegs of Australia who had the combined fastest overall score after the three day event wrapped up and was named the 2013 Rubik's Cube World Champion after completing four different cubes on multiple days at a combine scored of 8.2 seconds (8.39,7.95, 8.21, 7.36, 9.12)
