-Alistair Overeem is already talking about his fight with Frank Mir at UFC 167, in fact he has some interesting thoughts if he loses,

"I am telling you this, if I lose to Frank Mir, I better start doing something else, because I can't lose three fights in a row. If I lose to him, that's three in a row so I better start doing something else because that's definitely not good. I still would like to fight a couple of years, so, that being said, I'm not going to retire (should he lose to Mir). Frank Mir, I just need to beat this guy. Frank Mir, he's a name, he's a top 10 guy, former champion. This is going to be my third fight this year, I'm a fighter who likes to be active, so we're on the same boat, we both have losses so for me, I think it's a very interesting and a very fair fight."

Overeem is coming off back-to-back loses and Frank Mir has lost three in a row. This could very well be a loser leave town match.

-In the opposite vein, legendary Renzo Gracie says his career isn't finished in fact he'd like to return to the UFC in 3-4 months,

"Believe it, there's nothing that I want to do more than to be back in the cage, to be back fighting. I just love doing that. Life has been pushing me everywhere but in that direction, but now I'm getting so tired and frustrated with everything else that I'm going to just bury myself into a mat and train the whole day, and do what I love, which is training and fighting. For sure, I'll be fighting again... Man, I've just begun training again and I'm feeling good. I had a few problems in the family and now I got everything tuned up, everything is getting better. So I'm looking to be in top shape in three or four months from now, and from there I'll set up a date."

Renzo has not been in the octagon since his knockout loss at the UFC 112 event back in April 2010.

-Chael Sonnen got a surprising endorsement earlier this week from his arch-rival Anderson Silva,

-This might be the craziest submission you will see. It is a combination of the twister and a choke.
