What's making news in the MMA world today?

Starting off in the grappling world:

Fans continue to go back and forth about who may have won the grappling match between Eddie Bravo and Royler Gracie at Metamorphis last Saturday. But the time limit expired which resulted in a draw but that isn't how Bravo scored the fight,

"I thought I won, and the headline on the Underground just 20 minutes later was, ‘Bravo dominates Gracie and Metamoris,' that pretty much sealed it for me, because after a fight everyone can blow smoke up your ass. I’m sure everyone was telling Royler the best possible stuff you can think of. So he actually thought it was a legit draw. At the press conference he said, ‘yeah he had me in a couple of things and I escaped, and I had him in a couple of things, so it’s a draw.’ And at the time I’m sitting thinking, damn, maybe I’m delusional. Maybe it was a legit draw."

This was Bravo's first match in ten years and 11 years since he originally defeated Royler in Abu Dhabi.

-There is a report that Dan Henderson maybe back in action quickly as it is believed he will be lined up with Daniel Cormier but at this point it is just a report.

-Anderson "the Policeman" Silva?

Well yeah, says the former Middle Weight champion,

"I train every morning, take my kids to school and go to the police school. I’m studying at the Los Angeles School Police Department. I’m studying to become a police officer. It’s a personal wish, something that will make my uncle happy, he thought it was a little weird that I’m not doing this here but it wasn’t the right time. My brothers are police officers, my nephews are police officers. It’s a family thing."

Anderson has ruled out coming back in 2014 and already has a dance card pretty full for 2015 as he wants to box Roy Jones Jr and also is banking on becoming Hollywood star.
