Canucks to Move and Shake

The NHL Draft is shaping up to be like Christmas for hockey fans.

One team that is planning to do a lot of moving and shaking: The Vancouver Canucks.

General Manager Jim Benning has already said that a deal for one of his three goalies (Markstrom, Lack & Miller) is likely to happen at the latest midday Friday before the Draft.

Although there are several goalies that are available right now including Ottawa's Craig Anderson and New York's Cam Talbot. But teams have showed a lot of interest in the Canucks' Swedish delight Eddie Lack. In fact Sportsnet's Shawn McKenzie has said that a deal will be done sooner than later.

In other Canuck news it appears that the Canucks are looking to move embattled veteran Kevin Bieksa.

TSN's Farhan Lalji believes that if a deal is in place they will ask Kevin Bieksa to wtrade clause.

Last season Bieksa battled injuries and a new system which led him to a four goal 14 point season and a dreadful playoffs.
