Canucks Kick Tires on Lucic

The Vancouver Canucks could be a team set to move and shake at this year's NHL Draft.

According to the Vancouver Sun's Macintyre suggests that the Canucks are among nearly 3/4's of the league's teams who have showed interest in Boston's big brute Milan
Lucic.

There are ties to Vancouver for Lucic. He played his junior as a Giant where he won a Memorial Cup and his family grew up in the city.

But there are also draws from Vancouver which include a drunken brawl in the heart of the entertainment district where Lucic was escorted away by police.

to which Lucic responded by saying,

""I have no reason left to defend my city and the people in my city and I'm kind of just disgusted and outraged that it had to come to something like that. I was part of an unprovoked attack on Saturday night where I was punched in the face."

But as we know, time can heel all wounds. Especially since the Bruins are in desperate need of dumping salary and moving Lucic could be the way to go.
