Anti-Recognition Masks

Are you tired of being tagged in Facebook pictures?

The social media site has added extra features for facial recognition. A German artist has taken a stance against this and created a mask that is a pixel-style print of German Secretary of the Interior Hans-Peter Friedrich. The artist, Martin Backes created this to raise awareness of the downsides of social media.

Recently in Europe a court struck down Facebook's usage of facial recognition software. Many are hoping this sort of thing happens in North America.

If you want to get one of the limited addition masks go to Martin Backes official website.

It is a bit pricey at €158, but that does come with shipping and it is limited to only 333 products.
